Entry requirements:

1. 1. Tennis lessons are provided by Tennispark Mariahoeve B.V.
   2. Placement after the registration date is possible only if there is space in a suitable group.
   3. A normal class hour lasts 60 minutes. A 50-minute lesson is taught by the teacher. 10 minutes of the class hour are meant for playing by yourself.
   4. A mini-lesson lasts 45 minutes. Of these, 40 minutes are taught. 5 minutes of the class hour are meant for playing by yourself.
   5. Lessons will be given at times to be determined in consultation with Tennispark Mariahoeve B.V. and the trainer. The class schedule and dates will be finalized at the beginning of the season.
   6. Tennispark Mariahoeve B.V. strives to classify each person in accordance with the lesson assignment form. However Tennispark Mariahoeve B.V. reserves the right to deviate from the group size specified by the course participant during group lessons. In case of change, the student will be contacted before the start of the first lesson.
   7. After registration, you must pay the tuition at all times. In case of non-payment, the declarant is free to instruct third parties to take collection measures without further notice. The resulting costs are borne in full by the student.

   Absence/Failure of Lessons:

   8. If lessons are canceled due to weather conditions, a maximum of 4 lessons will be rescheduled. Once started classes are never made up.
   9. In the event of illness or absence of the regular trainer, training will: be provided at the usual time by a substitute trainer, or made up at a time to be determined in consultation with the trainer.
   10. Sickness or absence of the student will not affect the tuition payable by the student. The class hour in question will be cancelled for the sick or absent student.
   11. If a student is unable to attend, he/she is expected to notify the trainer early.
   12. If payment of the lesson fee is not possible, the trainer can, at the request of Tennispark Mariahoeve B.V., exclude participation in the lesson(s) until the moment the lesson fee has been paid. These lapsed lesson(s) cannot be made up by the student afterwards.

   Quality:

   13. Tennispark Mariahoeve B.V. will make every effort to keep the quality of the lessons at a responsible level.
   14. In addition to game technical and game tactical facets, the trainer will also cover issues such as sporting behavior on and around the court plus basic rules of sports hygiene and injury prevention.

   Final Provisions:

   15. The student cannot transfer a lesson to be taught to him/her to a third party, except as provided in Article 15.
   16. If the student terminates the course early for any reason, there will be no refund of the remaining tuition. In case of prolonged absence, it is possible to transfer the lessons to a third person, if of equal level and in consultation with the trainer. Any financial arrangement between the outgoing and incoming student will be mutually agreed upon.
   17. Attending tennis lessons is at your own risk. Tennispark Mariahoeve B.V. cannot be held responsible for any damage or bodily injury resulting from training sessions.
